***The Team Application Form needs to be filled out and sent with the initial team check as soon as possible to ensure your team’s desired dates. Once the Team Application Form and check are received, we start the process of planning your mission trip.
The team leader is responsible to mail all other forms no later than 2 months before the trip to:
